How to create menu.txt with Icon.Data?
It’s a little tricky. It’s a Delphi form format file, so you could try creating icons in Delphi and then viewing the form source. The binary data should just be a .ico file, from memory, stored as hexadecimal, so you could use a bin2hex type tool to do the conversion as well.
