Hi,
I was trying to make my own variant of Dvorak, and found that the keyboard shortcuts are as those on a QWERTY layout. Is it possible to make them work as on a normal Dvorak layout?

Sadly, this is something we don’t currently support. I agree it is a feature gap, and is something we’d like to address in a future update, one day. It would need a slightly different approach than we currently take, as it would need to be a one-to-one mapping. I would encourage you to open an issue at New Issue · keymanapp/keyman to request this functionality!
