How can I switch to an installed keyboard layout?

So I installed Glagolitic (phonetic) keyboard layout, but can’t switch to it, how do I do it? It doesn’t appear on the list when switching to different keyboard layout

Could you let us know which Operating System this issue is happening? Is this only happening with the Glagolitic (Phonetic) keyboard, can you try installing other keyboards to test switching?
