When I use “caps lock” it continues to write in all lower case letters. Holding the shift key works for upper case lettters, but I need to write in all caps to show in a transcription the situation in a majuscule manuscript.
I can’t find what I missed for why the caps lock key isn’t working. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
