Asking for another - since updating Bloom recently, they’re experiencing trouble with the Burmese and Mon fonts not displaying properly. Is there some advice I can give? Thank you

Can you give us some more specifics please:
- what version of Bloom did they upgrade to? Windows or Linux?
- if possible, what version were they using before (that worked correctly)?
- exactly what fonts are giving trouble (can you give us a link where we can download them?)
- a Bloom book, or a file with some text in the language, that Bloom displays wrongly
- pictures showing how Bloom is displaying the text, and how it should display.
- if the differences are not obvious to someone unfamiliar with the languages, please point them out
