For all the Bloom books that I have published, I would like to extract the audio files from those Bloom books and post the audio files onto my website for those people who don’t have smart phones. Is there a way to do this?

You can simply find the audio files in the book’s audio folder and post them any way you like. But arranging them into a useful sequence and linking them to the text and pictures in the book will take a bit of work!
We hope soon to make this much simpler, with a tool that will allow you to embed a reader/player for any book on the bloom library into your own web site.
