Error with submitting image copyright into

I have a national colleague facing a strange quirk in Bloom 6.0 as he has used simple photos he had personally taken just for a practice book. When inputting a copyright holder, Bloom gives an error message and will not save that IP info, saying to either try a different image, or to try version 6.0 or later. He is using the Beta 6.0, and he tried a variety of photos. (Art of Reading pictures come in no problem.) At the same time, other colleagues are doing essentially the same thing and not having the same error, so I suspect it may be on the laptop or camera side of things, rather than Bloom. I wonder if anyone else has faced this error message, or any suggestions as to why this would come up? It is not really hindering anything crucial currently, since the photo inserts correctly, and there are no important IP details at this point. For longterm use, though, I am not sure of troubleshooting options from here, and would welcome ideas.

Hi Bethany,
Here are two options for you:

  1. In a book that has one of the images, give this command

  2. If that’s not convenient (e.g. his computer is not connected to the internet), you could email one of these images to issues@bloomlibrary.org.

We’ll take a look and get back to you with instructions.
