It would be helpful to have a tilde in the Jarai ចារាយ (SIL) Keyman keyboard layout (I’m using it on Windows). It would make sense to put it at right-Alt + ` (plain ` and ~ are already used for guillemet quotation marks). Do I make that request here at the forum or elsewhere?
We can make an issue for this in the repo, but when you ask for a tilde are you meaning ~ U+007E? (If you mean a combining tilde that wouldn’t make sense in a Khmer keyboard.)
I just created a pull request to add the 007E tilde to right-ALT `.
It looks like I have permission to update the master on my own, but I think it would be best to review my suggested changes first.
When changes are made to a keyboard the version in the .kmn file needs updating as well as the HISTORY.md file needs updating to explain the change. Also, LICENSE.md needs the copyright date extended to 2024:

Those are the minimal changes we would expect. It’s always helpful if the documentation gets updated so the users will know how to get to the keystroke. So, that would mean updating the .kvks and the graphics that get distributed.
