After seeing minimal new versions in 2017-2020, I’m pleased to see 6 version updates in 2021, 10 in 2022, and already 2 in 2023. Yeah! This makes me so happy!
Is there a changelog available somewhere or even an abbreviated “what’s new” description for the latest SayMore versions?

Right, SayMore is no longer under active development. Tom faithfully maintains it, fixing things as needed. You can see release notes here and his commits here.
FYI: Most likely there will be another release in the next few weeks to add better media file support. There are maybe one or two other smallish improvements that I hope to get to this year, but as John said, most of the work happening in SayMore is bug fixing or other types of maintenance.
