Cant activate Keyman kmp on Android

I recently got a new Android. I downloaded the appropriate Keyman kmp file but when I try to activate it nothing happens. What did I do wrong and what should I do now?

It is most likely that you do not have Keyman for Android installed.

If you have already had Keyman for Android installed and this still occurs, let us know what version of Keyman for Android you are using and the keyboard you are trying to install.

Thanks for your reply. I downloaded from the keyman site “keyman-13.0.6220.apk stable”. But when I click Install the screen changes to read “App not installed”…
