I have tried to access the website for a few days now but it’s not loading content. The Home page is opening but, this is the message being displayed ‘‘oops! something went wrong’’. Any help will be highly appreciated.

What website are you trying to load?
https://bloomlibrary.org/ loads for me without any problems. Links to other pages on the website are working properly.
Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing (and which page you are trying to access).

I’m using the same website and I get the same notification. I even changed my Internet service provider and still experience the same thing. I’m currently in Uganda.
(I have tried to include the URL and also upload an image but I get another notification saying ''I can’t upload images or include links)…
Which internet browser are you using?
You could try using another browser and see if that works. I’m using Chrome.

I’m also using Chrome. I have tried to switch to edge and see if it works, but I get the same error message.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble loading bloomlibrary.org.
As Liz indicated, the site seems to be loading generally, so there must be something specific about your scenario.

I’m in Uganda. There’s something I noticed. When I first raised the issue and Liz responded, I tried using 3 different Internet Service Providers and none of them worked. As we speak, only one Internet Service Provider (ISP) isn’t loading the website. That said, I don’t think it’s a Bloom issue but rather a service provider issue. Let me get in touch with them and see how best it can be resolved. Thanks
