Bloom Books has been deleted automatically

Dear Team,

Recently for a couple of users, the Bloom Collections and Books got deleted automatically.
As I checked in respective locations for bloom files, the data is not there.
One user was on 6.0.7 and the other user is in 5.0 series.

Not sure whether any latest updates or something might have caused this.

If anyone came across similar problem or know a way to recover the files, please update.

That sounds scary. I’m confident that Bloom itself is not deleting your books without user direction. If you have a technical help in your region, perhaps you can ask them to help you look around on the hard drives and any cloud backup/sharing you might be using, and make sure all of that is functioning correctly. Otherwise Colin, who provides user support, will be back in just over a week and perhaps he can help you look around on a machine. The best way to get support would be to send as many details as you can to issues@bloomlibrary.org.
