Was checking my process list for something else and found 2 keyman engines running. They would have started automatically. Do I need both? If not, I’ll hunt down why the 32 bit version is launching.

Yes, you do need both engines – one integrates with 32 bit apps and the other with 64 bit apps. They are both controlled together (actually, the 32 bit version provides the user interface and starts and stops the 64 bit version).
