We run a library for children with print disabilities and as we get ready to release an online version, about 80% of the users have indicated they would access it using a phone rather than a computer. We see the downloadable apk that we can share with our users who may not have access to the playstore. Could you share basic android phone system requirements?
Android 5 or higher is required to use the latest versions of Bloom Reader (version 2 and above).
You can use Bloom Reader 1.3 with Android 4.4. Unfortunately, Bloom Reader 1.3 does not support many of the new features.
Android below version 4.4 is not supported.
