Allow for Image description button to show/ hide

During our last Bloom trainings, we saw many new Bloom users getting stuck in the Image description view. Out of curiosity they click the button, but then they have no clue what happened or what to do next.

To make Bloom as simple as possible to new users, we would love to see the button turned off by default and allowing for it to be turned on in settings.
