Add color to text color

When creating literacy materials (e.g. primers, dictionaries), there are sometimes multiple languages used, so it is helpful to use color to distinguish between the languages.

One literacy worker mentioned to me that she would like to be able to change the text color. Another literacy worker asked for colored shading on the text box.
